At our premises in Sheffield we regularly have Lloyds, Bureau Veritas and other inspection organisations on site, as we manage the release of 3.2 certification for our products, as requested by our customers to ensure 100% quality compliance. We also offer additional services such as Mechanical Testing, NDT, PMI and Heat Treatment. Everyone within the company at Nationwide Stainless understands the importance of quality, service, safety and professionalism, so rest assured the service we offer is second to none.
The Petrochemical industry has various requirements for different types of stainless steel and alloys dependent on the application. Nationwide Stainless understand the importance of having the correct material available to facilitate every application, so on site we keep a vast range of stock including grades; 304L (1.4307), 316L (1.4404), Duplex (1.4462 F51 UNS S32205/S31803), 310S (1.4845), 321 (1.4541) and 253MA in sheet, plate and various bar forms. Stocks are also kept in Super Duplex (F53 UNS S32750 and F55 UNS S32760) and Nickel Alloys (Alloy 600, Alloy 601, Alloy 625, Alloy 718, Alloy 800H/HT, Alloy 825) for the more arduous Petrochemical applications, whether cryogenic or high temperature.
